JOB VACANCY: DONEGAL TYRE COMPANY WANT ACCOUNTS TECHNICIAN

JOB VACANCY: A highly-reputable Donegal tyre company are on the hunt for an Accounts Technician to join their workforce.

Ulster Tyres, located on Letterkenny Road, Ballybofey need an Accounts Technician for maternity cover.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Duties will include:

  • Management accounts;
  • Nominal ledger postings;
  • VAT Returns; Debtors and Creditor control;
  • Bank Reconciliations and other general accounts duties.
  • 5 years accounts experience is essential.
  • Training will be given on accounts package.
  • Posting client incoming funds.
  • General account postings of petty cash, miscellaneous office journals.
  • Assist with auditor queries.
  • Deal with Banks on a daily basis.
  • Liaise with Partners and internal staff in relation to general finance queries.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal clients.

JOB REQUIREMTS:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Team player.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Educational Qualification:       

Third Level.  This role will suit an IATI qualified Accounting technician with 2 -3 years experience.

Starting date – End of February.
