MUSIC: A group of talented musicians who have been previously nominated for Grammy Awards, are to play at McIntyre’s Bar, Dunkineely on Valentines night.

Grammy nominated acts such as Beoga, Chris Stout and Caitríona McKay will all perform.

Organiser Aidan O’Donnell told Donegal Daily, ” We are a voluntary, not for profit group dedicated to promoting the arts in south and west Donegal and we are extremely pleased that acts of this standard have chosen our village as a venue.

” The fact that this gig is part of the bands’ UK and Ireland tour with only three dates in Ireland (the others being Belfast and Dublin) is further testament to how important their Donegal date is.

“The gig will be in McIntyre’s bar, Dunkineely, at 8pm and admission is only 10 euros.”
