TG4 weathergirl Caitlín Nic Aoidh has issued a worrying forecast for the months ahead – after meeting Game of Thrones star Iain Glen.

Caitlín, who hails from Falcarragh, was told the chilly prediction after meeting Game of Thrones star Iain Glen.

Glen is a major star in the hit HBO show Game of Thrones and plays Jorah Mormont.

The highly anticipated sixth series hits our screens in April.

The actor is currently in Ireland working on a number of projects set to hit our screens in the coming months.

However, Glen dropped into the TG4 studios and had his picture taken with our Caitlín and told her to expect some chilly conditions this Spring.

Glen informed Caitlín that ‘Winter was Coming’.

That prediction only adds fuel amid growing concern following unconfirmed reports of a white walker spotted in Glenveagh last week.
