SLIMMING WORLD TO CELEBRATE WOMAN’S HEALTH WEEK THIS MOTHER’S DAY

Slimming world and the Letterkenny CDP will celebrate Woman’s Health Week, to mark International Woman’s day and Mothers day.

With everything from raffles to manicures, information stands to health checks you can be assure that our women will be in good hands.

On Friday and Saturday Slimming World consultants will be on hand in the Letterkenny Shopping Centre with advice and tips for anyone interested in losing weight, learning how to eat healthier, or just wanting to know more about everything they do.

Slimming world cater for young ladies (and men) from 11 right up to our senior citizens, they help families introduce healthy eating at that crucial adolescent time with their free to go plan for 11-15 year olds, and continue it through to adulthood, pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond.

They also cater for members who may be trying to stop smoking, who have diabetes or who have food allergies.

To find out more and to pick up a goody bag pop along to the Slimming World stand in the Letterkenny Shopping Centre this Friday or Saturday.

A friendly smile along with very useful advice awaits you.
