DDTV: This superb video which was produced by Failte Ireland has been doing the rounds on social media in the build-up to St.Patrick’s Day.

The wonderful footage celebrates everything that’s great about being Irish.

Under the hashtag #IrelandInspires – it showcases all our greatest Irish exports who have achieved incredible things in their respective fields.

Poets, Scholars, Actors, Politicians and Olympians are all honoured in the video – and those who departed these shores.

One man close to home that was celebrated in the video is our very own Packie Bonner.

His penalty save at Italia 90 against Romania has been voted as the most iconic moment in Irish sport.

And as this video reminds us, for a second he was the greatest goalkeeper in the world.

To view the clip simply click play on the video above and enjoy.
