PICTURE SPECIAL: There was jubilant scenes at the Tír na nÓg bar for Cork Rally heroes Brian Brogan and Damien McGettigan.
The pair performed superbly at the event in West Cork and drove brilliantly all weekend.
It was a first win on the Tarmac Championship for McGettigan, while it was Brogan’s second success after his victory in Galway in 2007.
The crew brought their Mk2 Escort home just 6.3 seconds ahead of Alan Ring in a Fiesta.
A huge crowd turned out for their homecoming party at the Tír na nÓg bar last night.
