GAA NEWS: KILCAR HOST DUNGLOE ON EASTER MONDAY IN DIVISION ONE CLASH

Our seniors and reserves got their division one campaigns off to winning starts away to Bundoran on a sunny Sunday afternoon, the reserves won 5-23 to 1-11 while our seniors won a very entertaining end to end match by  4-17 to 2-10 next up is Dungloe in Towney on Bank Holiday Monday reserves on at 1:30 and seniors at 3pm.

Underage

Our Minors are at home to Four Masters this Monday at 5:30pm and our Under 14s host Killybegs on Wednesday at 5:30pm and are away to Naomh Brid/Pettigo on Saturday at noon.

Community Day

The third and final community day ended this evening, 63 people helped out over the last 3 Saturday’s. The executive would like to thank very much everyone for all their hard work, help & assistance. The project is now 95% complete and one evening this week should finish all the work. The executive would also like to thank everyone within the community for all their kind words on this project.

Gaelic4Girls

Gaelic4girls starts in Cill Chartha on Thursday March 31st in Aislann Cill Chartha with an information evening for parent/guardians, it for girls from 8-12 years and a sample of a training session for girls with their coaches It introduces girls to football in a fun environment and participants get a G4G T shirt and certificate on complication

Cost of the programme is €8 for the 12 weeks. For more information come to our information evening or ring Caroline 087-2696803.Top of Form

We now have a selection of Club gear on sale in Áislann Chill Chartha.

Club Membership

Club membership for 2016 is now available at the following rates. Adult Playing Members €30, Student Playing Members €20, Adult Members €20, Family Membership (2 adults &Children U18) €40 and Student/Juvenile Members €10. Membership can be paid to Denise McSweeney. Forms are available in Aislann Chill Chartha, for download from our website or from Denise. All Adult members paid up before Mar 31st will be entered into a club draw.

  1. On your phone or iPad go to the app store 2. Search for Team App 3. Install Team App to your phone 4. Search for CLG Chill Chartha 5. Log in and register for the CLG Chill Chartha Club app. 6. You will receive an email notification when you are added you to the system.

Lotto

There was no winner of the Club Lotto Jackpot so next week’s Jackpot is €3,800 this week’s numbers were:  10, 16, 22 and 23 winners were: €50 Brendan Curran €30 Sean O’Gara €20 John Conwall and Deirdre Carr.

Club Bingo Jackpot now €6,750!

There was no winner of our Club Bingo so next week’s Jackpot is now €6,750 on 45 numbers. This Sunday’s winners were €150 Maire Doogan €85 Fidelma Burke €80 Marie Gillespie, Catherine Johnston €70 Doris Conwall, Breege McCallig, Angela Byrne, Joe Haughey and Margaret McGinley. Easter Sunday Bingo at 3:30pm in the Parish Hall.
