DONEGAL GOES BLUE FOR WORLD AUTISM AWARENESS DAY

Donegal has shown its support for World Autism Awareness Day, with a number of landmark buildings in the county turning blue for the campaign.

Today, marks the eighth annual World Autism Awareness Day, and every year Autism organisations in Donegal celebrate the event with a series of unique fundraising and awareness events.

Many of Donegal’s most iconic locations and buildings including  St Eunan’s College, and Harvey’s  Point, turned blue in support of Autism awareness

Thousands of Facebook users in Donegal and Ireland have also changed their profile picture in support of Autism awareness, with the  the caption ‘Go Blue for Autism’.
