JOB VACANCY: A busy Donegal company are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts and Office manager to join their dynamic, innovative and hardworking team.

The business is located in The Rosses, and management at the highly reputable company require an experienced candidate to manage their busy office.

Job Requirements: 

  • Applicant must be enthusiastic and hardworking and be prepared to work on their own initiative.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Person will be responsible for daily office works whose duties will include.
  • Generating customer invoices & allocating payments to invoices.
  • Processing supplier invoices & preparing monthly payment run.
  • Preparation of: Payroll
  • Reconciliations – Bank/Debtors/Creditors
  • Vat returns / RTD returns
  • PAYE returns
  • RCT returns – Contract & Payment Notifications
  • Good working knowledge of Sage line 50 / spreadsheets / ROS / email required.
  • Flexible hours.
  • Attractive remuneration package available dependent on experience.
