charles-camillaBRITAIN’S prince Charles and his wife Camilla will spend a day in Co Donegal this Wednesday, their official spokeswoman has said.

They will carry out engagements in Donegal Town and Letterkenny.

A massive garda security operation began 10 days ago ahead of the visit.

The Duchess will also do separate visits during the day-long trip.

They will arrive in Donegal after spending two days in the North.

The visit is being seen as an excellent marketing opportunity for local tourism – with the royals getting massive press coverage in Britain.
