ENJOY THE LAST OF THE RAIN, IT’S GOING TO GET HOT (VERY HOT!)

OFF TO THE BEACH! GREEK WEATHER ON WAY TO DONEGAL?TEMPERATURES in Donegal are set to soar again – and could hit a scorching 25C next week, say forecasters.

It will begin to warm up on Saturday, hitting 19C or so, but we will also face thundery downpours too.

There will be fewer showers on Sunday as temperatures rise to 20C.

And then on Monday it will be hot and sunny and 22C.

Four days of glorious hot weather will follow, topping 25C by Thursday, warmer than Barcelona… and could continue into next weekend.

The warm air will be carried to Ireland on a high pressure system dragging humid weather from the continent.

So once again while it will be cooler on the east coast of Ireland, the best of the temperatures and the sunshine will be in the west and north west.
