CHARITY: The community of Bonagee are hosting a series of Charity events this weekend to help raise money for Pieta House.

Pieta House is an incredible organisation that helps thousands of people who are experiencing suicidal thoughts, or who have self-harmed in Ireland every year.

However, the cost of running houses all over Ireland is expensive, and the organisation needs fiancé to help sustain the fantastic work they do.

It all kicks-off this Friday at The Dry Arch Inn, with a Night of the Races at 10.30pm.

On Saturday, there will be a real Family Fun Day, with a 5 a-side competition taking place – which will also be followed by a married v singles game!

To cool down after all that physical activity, there will be plenty of refreshments in The Dry Arch Inn, and there will also be a delicious BBQ.

On Sunday, there will be a classic car run, which will pull out of The Dry Arch Inn at 2pm, and the convoy will be heading on a scenic Atlantic Drive!

Later that night, there will be LIVE music and another BBQ, it promises to be a fantastic weekend, so make sure and show your support in some capacity this weekend for Pieta House!
