DDTV: The fantastic Relay for Life event is one of the biggest dates in the calendar every year in Donegal, and this year promises to be another massive event.
Each year, people who have lost their loved ones to cancer congregate at the LYIT grounds to remember those who have sadly passed away after battling the disease.
This week we’ve seen dozens of fundrasing events for Relay for Life, like the Coffee Morning at Inishowen Motors, the Donegal Roaders touring Ireland to help raise money – it’s an event that brings everybody together.
However, we’re taking a look back at the poignant candle ceremony from 2012.
It’s a beautifully made video that certainly pulls at the heart strings.
