MISSING: A Donegal Daily reader has asked us to put out an appeal for information to see if somebody has lost their pet Parrot!

Anne McGlinchey sent us this photo (above) of a parrot in her garden in the Mountain Top area of Letterkenny – the Parrot has also tried to get into her home!

Anne told Donegal Daily, “I first spotted the Parrot in my back garden two weeks ago.

“I have seen it on three different occassions now. It also tried to get in through my window on Saturday.

“Yesterday was the last time I seen it when I took the photo, there are lots of trees behind my house, so I think it could still be there.

“It looks like a male King Parrot from what I can see, but I’m not sure, I’m sure someone owns the Parrot and is looking to have it returned.”

Do you own this Parrot, or do you know the owner? Let’s get Polly home!

If you do know who owns the Parrot or have any information then please contact us via our Facebook page.
