Seamus Coleman - SportsfileMartin O’Neill has made four changes to his teams massive fixture against Italy tonight.

O’Neill has gave the captaincy role to Seamus Coleman as O’Shea has been dropped for tonight’s game.

O’Neill has reverted back to 4-4-2 formation as Hoolahan is one of four changes since the Belgium game on Saturday.

Ireland need maximum points to progress into the last 16 of the Euro 2016 championships.

Here is tonight’s starting XI

Randolph, Coleman, Keogh, Duffy, Ward; McClean, McCarthy, Hendrick, Brady; Long, Murphy
