arranmore lighthouseTHERE are lots of fundraising activities every week in Donegal – but few are as spectacular as one this Saturday in the west of the county.

Mullachdubh Community Centre has organised a lovely day out, a cycle from the centre in the Rosses down to Burtonport, across on the ferry, and then a cycle out to one of the county’s most spectacular lighthouses….on Arranmore.

And if you don’t have a bike, walkers are more than welcome too (walkers will also get a free lift home!)

Registration is from 8.30am to 9am, departing Mullaghduff at 9am sharp in time to board the 10am ferry.

The cycle to the lighthouse follows followed by a picnic there. This will be followed by craic agus ceol at Earley’s Bar….before the 5pm return ferry.

This is a fundraising day out for the Mullachdubh Community Centre and is open to all.
Note: Helmets are compulsory, no helmet no cycle.
**Ferry and A Picnic will be provided**.
Donation: €15 Adult cyclist/Walker- Children €5- Family pass €25.
