JOB VACANCY: One of Donegal’s most reputable signage companies are looking to recruit new staff to join their innovative, dynamic and hardworking team.

Management at CBM Signs are currently recruiting for a Full-Time Accounts and Office Admin Person.

The Role:

At a basic level this position involves having a working knowledge of SAGE, Payroll & VAT. Managing Debtors, Creditors & overseeing the cashflow of the business.

The successful candidate should:

– Have a working knowledge of various software packages to include Sage, Thesaurus, Excel etc.

– Can process sales invoices & payments whilst reconciling bank statements.

– Can process VAT & P30’S.

– Process monthly management accounts.

– Can manage all elements of the businesses finance function.

– Can identify efficiencies & financial savings to management.

– Can manage general office Admin, HR & payroll.

– Having a positive attitude & track record in a similar type role.
