The U12 County Champions Aodh Ruadh back on home turf with the winners’ trophy
LADIES GAELIC: THE young starlets of Aodh Ruadh are the new U12 County A Champions after victory in their group tournament in Letterkenny today.
There were future county stars on display at O’Donnell Park as St Eunan’s, Buncrana and Dungloe took part in a fabulous blitz.
All the games were close affairs, with all the skills of the game on display.
Credit to the coaches of all teams as the players executed those skills with aplomb.
In the end it was the superbly coached Ballyshannon girls who came out on top after two wins and a draw.
And what better way to celebrate than returning to Father Tierney Park with the winners’ trophy (pictured above) for a picture to treasure.
