FANS WARNED TO GET ON THE ROAD EARLY FOR DONEGAL’S DOUBLE GLORY BID

patrick-mcbrearty-and-ronan-mcnamee-390x285“Get on the road early.”

That’s the message from seasoned Donegal fans as they travel to Clones today in search of Ulster Final glory.

Thousands of fans have secured their tickets this week for what is set to be a sell-out game at the Co Monaghan venue.

Clones is renowned for long tailbacks and they promise to be even longer with neighbours Tyrone providing the opposition.

The senior game does not throw-in until 2pm, but with Donegal’s minors also in action against Derry in their final at noon, it’s going to be an all day affair for many.

Even the weather forecast is promising high temperatures and sunny spells so bring the sun cream and hats! (And bring an umbrella or a poncho just in case!)

Donegal may well be lining out for the sixth Ulster Final in a row but it’s Mickey Harte’s Tyrone team who are the bookies favourites this time around.
