CAN YOU HELP US FIND CHARLIE?

Emma MaGuire has launched an appeal with Donegal Daily to find her beloved family pet who went missing in the Dungloe area.

Charlie escaped through the garden gate of Nancy’s Cottage in the Tuberkeen/Quay road area of Dungloe, but there’s may be a possibility that he could of moved on to a near-by town. Charlie is a house dog and is not accustomed to the outdoors.

Charlie has been missing for almost a week, and the family is distraught.

Emma said; ‘We are totally devastated as there hasn’t been any sightings of him lately. But we’re not giving up hope that our wee man is still out there somewhere.”

“He is not used to being outdoors, he has no road sense and will be absolutely terrified”.

Charlie’s brother Ozy is also distressed by his disappearance as the two dogs have been raised together and have been inseperable. Ozy has begun exhibiting anxious behaviour since his brothers disappearance, such as going to the garden and pining for his him.

Emma has asked people to check any outbuildings or derelict buildings in your area as she fears he may be injured or trapped.

A generous reward is being offered for the return of Charlie.

Emma concludes; “We want to get this wee man home again. Please share!”

If you have any information on Charlie’s whereabouts you can message Donegal Daily on Facebook or give us an email at info@donegaldaily.com
