Donegal death notices for today – Rest In Peace

Bridie MCINTYRE

In her 99th year late of Tirchonnail Street, Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. Peacefully at the Shiel Hospital, Ballyshannon. Deeply regretted by her sons John and Peter daughters-in-law Eileen and Mary, grandchildren David,Launa, James, Roberta, Lesley and great-grandchildren Christopher, Turlaigh, Gabriel, Sean and Eoghan, nieces and nephews and friends.

Remains reposing at Assaroe View, Ballyshannon at the home of John and Eileen McIntyre on Friday from 10am to 10pm and Saturday from 10am to 10pm. Removal on Sunday at 10.15am to arrive at St Patrick’s Church, Ballyshannon for 11am Funeral Mass with interment in the Abbey Assaroe Cemetery. House private to family only on the morning of the funeral. Family flowers only, donations in lieu, if so desired, to the Shiel Hospital Patient’s Comfort Fund co of Patrick Mc Kenna Funeral Director, Ballyshannon.

Maureen TRAVERS (née Crossan)

The peaceful death has occured at the family home of Maureen Travers Millbrook, Domegal Town formerly Maureen Crossan Woodlands, Letterkenny.

Remains reposing at the family home from 2 pm today until 10 pm tonight and from 1 pm Saturday until 10 pm Saturday night. Removal from the family home on Sunday at 11.15 am to St.Patricks Church Donegal Town for 11.30 am funeral mass with burial immediately afterwards in St.Agathas cemetery clar. Family flowers only please donations in leiu to the oncology unit Sligo University hospital in care of any family member. House private Sunday am please.
