All roads lead to Casadh an tSugaín this Saturday, July 30th as friends and family remember the late Conor Boyle.

Conor was just 18 years old when he passed away in 2013 following a road traffic accident.

There are two routes on the day depending on fitness levels, a 5K or a 10K. You can crawl, walk, jog or sprint either of these routes.

“I have never done a 10K in my life before but have been training this past few weeks so hopefully I can do it in a good time, so if I can do it so can you.” – said the ever competitive John Walsh to Donegal Daily.

Conor Boyle 5kRegistration starts at 2 pm and people are being urged to get registered early as Donegal take on Cork at 4 pm which will be shown live in Casadh an tSugaín afterwards.

All monies raised on the day will be going towards the Rehabilitation Unit in St. Conal’s Hospital Letterkenny.

On completion of the walk/run there will be light refreshments in Casadh an tSugaín along with presentations to First Gent to Finish, First Lady to Finish and First Youth to Finish. Also on the day will be a raffle with some amazing prizes to be won.

“Spread the word as all money raised is for a great cause and a great way to remember and honor our dear friend friend Conor who is always in our thoughts.” Click here to view the Facebook event.
