Management at Hegarty’s Home Interiors, located in Buncrana need a Retail Supervisor to manage their busy giftware department.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Successful candidates must possess the ability to work on your own initiative and to be highly organized.
- Successful candidates must liaise with both management and staff, so good communication skills are important.
- Duties include delegating daily tasks to staff, motivating and training staff members to achieve sales targets, developing good relationship with company reps, maintaining stock levels and assisting with purchasing.
- The successful applicant must be computer literate (some knowledge of book keeping would be beneficial but not required).
- Previous retail experience essential.
