Last Saturday Lady Captain Orla Gallagher hosted her big day in perfect weather and a great days golf was followed by a very enjoyable and entertaining evening and night in the wee clubhouse.
In the men’s nine hole competition, Pat McNulty continued his run of good form and took first prize with just one point to spare over second placed Brendan Gallagher.
This Sunday 21st male members compete in a singles stableford competition, and the following Saturday 27th Gerry Gallagher hosts his President’s Prize, with full details in next weeks edition.
Members are reminded that, as in the Captain’s prize, only members who have competed in at least two club competitions this year will qualify to compete for the main prize on the day.
