The emergency services are at the scene of an accident outside Carrigans.
The accident, between a motorbike and a car, happened around 10.30am close to the Derry border.
There are traffic diversions in place outside Carrigans village as a result.
One person has ben taken to hospital but their injuries are not understood to be life-threatening.
