Cappry Colts and Crusaders U12
Cappry Park was the venue for the biggest game of the weekend when the 2 reserves teams came face to face for the league opener. It was a very close affair in the 1st half with the Colts grabbing the opener with Niall Ryan getting the goal in the 6th minute.

In the 2nd half the Crusaders came more into the game and were fortunate with their equaliser on 44 minutes when Darragh Boyle swung the ball in from the right. As the Colts defence tried to head the ball clear, it looped up over the keeper and went to the back of the net.

It was the Crusaders who were lucky enough to go on to win the game when Martin Mbuli scored the all important goal on 55 minutes. Credit must go to both sets of players who played out a very entertaining match.
