A woman had to be airlifted to hospital after she fell on Mount Errigal yesterday.
The woman fell close to Altan Lough and was taken to Letterkenny University Hospital and suffered number of injuries.
The woman is believed to have suffered facial injuries and also a wrist injury.
She was part of a group of foreign tourists in the area.
Donegal Mountain Rescue, who co-ordinated the recovery along with the Rescue 118 helicopter, helped the other walkers in the group to return to safety.
