North West Words find new venue for arts nights

North West Words have found a new home at Florence Food Co. where they will host Spoken Word events on the last Thursday of every month.

The Spoken Word is a form of poetry which relies on the aesthetics of word play and voice inflection. Another branch of this is slam poetry, which has gotten very popular over the last couple of years.

The next event North West Works will have will be on Friday, the 16th of September for Culture night, where a great night of music, poetry, and prose will take place.
