The Whitecross Vintage Association in Donegal have organised an event which will attempt to create the biggest ever Massey Ferguson logo, using only Massey Ferguson tractors.

In this the 70th anniversary of the Ferguson TE20, nicknamed “grey menace” the organisers are hoping to raise €70,000 for a host of charities.

In 2014 the Whitecross vintage association got into the Guinness Book of World Records when 726 Ferguson tractors worked together in Burt, Co.Donegal.

The world record attempt is to create the biggest ever Massey Ferguson logo using only tractors. To create history 500 tractors are needed. Enthusiasts are expected to travel from all over Ireland.

14,000 people are expected to join in on what will be an amazing weekend in Carrigans, Co.Donegal on the weekend of September 16-18th.

On top of the fun of making world records there will be music in the Marquee on Friday, Saturday & Sunday by Jimmy Buckley, Jim Devine & The Whistlin’ Donkeys.

It’s a weekend not to be missed, fun for all the family.
