Donegal property on the market for just €40,000

PROPERTY: A Donegal home will go under the hammer at an auction at the RDS for just €40,000.

The property which is located in Greenfields, Convoy has a reserve price of €40,000 on the semi-detached three-bedroom home.

It isn’t the only Donegal property that is on the market for an eye-catching price.

A detached home in St Johnston, located in the town-land of Treansallagh – will go on auction at a reserve price of €50,000.

And a mixed use block housing the Gaolee Chinese and the Snips hair salon, also in Convoy, is being auctioned off as a rental investment opportunity with a reserve of 90,000 – 100,000 euros.

The public auction will take place on September 28th at the RDS.
