It’s the first Jazz and Blues festival since the re-opening of the fabulous Shandon Hotel and Spa and what an incredible line-up of entertainment they’ve got on offer.

Since re-opening under new management both the Hotel and Spa facility has enjoyed fantastic success.

The annual Jazz and Blues Festival in Dunfanaghy is one of the biggest weekends for the local economy in the bustling and scenic seaside town.

The addition of The Shandon Hotel and Spa is a welcome attraction for organisers – which will only serve to make the festival and even better one than last year.

Management at The Shandon Hotel have confirmed that they’re booked out for Saturday night, but have rooms available for both Friday and Sunday evening.

They also confirmed their brilliant line-up of entertainment for the weekend.

Kicking off the festival at 3pm this afternoon is the highly acclaimed ‘Piping Hot’ who will play from 3-5pm.

Then from 9.30pm – 11.30pm it’s the brilliant DD and The Delta Boys!

On Saturday, The Men that Knew play the afternoon gig from 3pm – 5pm, and are followed from 9.30pm – 11.30pm by the brilliant Lee Hendley Band.

On Sunday, Declan and Sarah are live from 3pm, while finishing off the weekends Jazz and Blues festival at The Shandon Hotel and Spa will be The Family Band!
