Five U18 lads from Letterkenny Rugby Club trained hard all summer with the Ulster U18 Rugby Squad!
Five young men from Letterkenny Rugby Club have spent the summer training with the Ulster U18 Rugby Squad. It was a tremendous honour and a huge commitment for these five boys to travel from Letterkenny to Ballymena 3 days a week all summer, leaving Letterkenny as early as 6.30am!
As always Letterkenny Rugby Club are dedicated and committed to encouraging their players to take part in their club training programmes & in Ulster Rugby Programmes which include on-pitch activities, strength and conditioning sessions and player welfare tutorials focusing on diet and nutritional needs.
It is envisaged that players from Letterkenny Rugby Club will be identified for future development programmes as part of Ulster Rugby’s long term player development and overall objective in building for the future. James Sweeney, Mathew Faulkner, Fionn McGarvey, Conor McMenamin and Joshua Fulton you did yourselves and your club proud this summer! A great example set for your younger club players.
