JOB VACANCY: Highland Motors is a dynamic extremely well established Motor Dealership in Donegal and is the Main dealer for Renault, Dacia, Citroen and Honda. 

Management at Highland Motors currently have a vacancy for an experienced Full-Time Car/Motors Parts Customer Service Adviser

Job Description/Requirements:

  • Motor Parts experience essential
  • Ability to deal with customer product requirements and enquires
  • Exceptional customer service and support skills essential
  • Ability to manage stock control
  • Computer skills
  • Data entry and order processing
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team and stay focused on targets/deadlines
  • Have excellent organizational, communication & interpersonal skill

Training: Training will be given on the systems and parts on an ongoing basis.

This is a full-time position for an immediate start.
