A young Letterkenny business has made it through to the final of the final of the ILDN National Awards in Dublin tonight.

Two years ago Derek Walker set up his wheatgrass production business, Simply Natural Health- Letterkenny and a year later he opened the Letterkenny Artisan Market.

Derek said “This is a true honour for me as I once felt that my progressive, incurable eye condition would leave me limited in my life, however, the I have learned that the only limits I have, are the ones I set myself.”

Derek thanked thanked his family and all those who have supported his products and the market.

“I am truly over whelmed by the support I have received on my facebook page Simply Natural Health- Letterkenny has received.

“A special thanks to the DLDC LTD who helped me begin my businesses, and who are a fantastic support for anyone who wants to get started in business,” he said.
