Job Vacancy: Donegal Haulage Company require Office Administrator/Accounts Person

Job Vacancy: A well-established South Donegal Haulage Company are seeking to recruit an Office Administrator/Accounts Person to join their experienced, dynamic and hardworking team.

Management at North-West Carriers are inviting applications for a vacant role within their organization.

Job details:

  • Contract Type: Full-time/Permanent
  • Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Main Responsibilities of the Job:

  • Inputting and Reconciling data on Sage 50 Accounts package
  • Manage personnel payroll system
  • Filing and paying BI-Monthly and Quarterly Vat Returns via ROS
  • Filing and paying Monthly P30’s via ROS
  • Preparation of Year End Accounts for Accountant
  • General office duties

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role
  • Good working knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts Package
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be highly organised with attention to detail
