A special remembrance service will be held to remember all of those who have passed away since Donegal Hospice opened, or are currently being cared for by the Hospice Homecare Team.
This special service will take place at 4pm tomorrow at The Irish Martyrs Church, Ballyraine, Letterkenny.
The church will not be sending personal invitations this year due to increased numbers, but they encourage all who would like to pray for a loved one to attend.
