Gardai have issued a warning after a Donegal motorist was stopped while driving with a completely bald tyre.
The motorist was stopped by Buncrana Gardai for not wearing a seatbelt.
But upon closer inspection the car’s front passenger tyre was found to be defective as our picture shows.
Road Safety Officer with Donegal County Council, Brian O’Donnell, appealed to motorists to ensure their vehicles are roadworthy and have proper tyres coming into winter.
