Management at Get Fresh Catering in Stranorlar, Co. Donegal, are continuing their expansion and looking for candidates to fill the following roles:
- Part time Payroll Clerk/Administrator
- Full Time and Part Time Catering Assistants
Job title: Part time Payroll Clerk/Administrator
The company are seeking a part time payroll clerk/administrator to join their team for three days each week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Recording of hours worked for all employees on Excel
- Processing payroll on a payroll software package
- Reconciling timesheets for all units
- Dealing with queries from employees in relation to payroll issues
- Completing various forms for employees
- Assist in other miscellaneous office duties from time to time
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous payroll experience or a relative qualification
- Experience of Thesaurus Payroll would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent numerical and mathematical accuracy skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Excellent IT skills and a high level of Excel expertise is essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing demands
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team when necessary
Job title: Catering Assistants
Get Fresh are seeking Catering Assistants in the Milford area who are self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to provide support and assistance to the chef on site within a secondary school environment.
Key requirements include:
- Applicants must work well under instructions from the chef
- Have a good command of the English language
- Knowledge of HACCP and health and safety procedures
- Preparing and producing food for the area which is assigned to you
- Handling of cash and general duties assigned by chef
- General cleaning duties during preparation of foods before and after canteen service
- Applicants must have at least one years’ experience in a similar environment
The full-time position will be Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 2.30pm
The part-time position will be Thursday & Friday from 9.30am to 2.30pm
