Daniel and Majella are celebrating winning an IFTA but cursing their luck that they couldn’t make the ceremony.
The Irish Film and Television Awards took place at the Hilton Hotel in Dublin and the couple’s Daniel and Majella’s B&B Roadtrip won Best Factual show.
Makers of the show were presented with the award by comedian Al Porter.
Majella and Daniel were delighted with their award but had a very good excuse for not being there.
Majella tweeted “Thank you to IFTA for this wonderful honour. We are delighted & sorry that we couldn’t attend the ceremony due to a family wedding.”
