Houston – RTE have a serious problem with Harps!

It appears that not only do Finn Harps have to take on opposition teams in the Premier Division but also RTE!

Harps battle brilliantly last night right up until the final whistle against St Pat’s Athletic at Finn Park.

It appeared that the Dubliners were going to take all three points until Sean Houston popped up for an equaliser in the 92nd minute.

Not that our national television broadcaster can wait until extra time.

The station’s TV reports on RTE One reported however that St Pats had actually won the game 1-0.

It’s bad enough facing the opposition but facing the national broadcaster before the final whistle is blown is a bit much for Harps fans to take.

Hopefully the matter will be corrected on Soccer Republic.
