You’ll never guess what this GAA team used instead of a stretcher for injured player!

During the Donegal Intermediate reserve semi-final between Cloughaneely and Buncrana today, a player broke his ankle. With no stretcher, team members got very creative with what they could use…

With no stretcher available, they grabbed one of the fold-out tables from the kitchen and rushed to aid the injured player.

When they got out on the pitch, they quickly realised that maybe a flimsy fold-out table wouldn’t be the best thing to use, and instead opted to wait for the ambulance.

John Mc Garvey who was at the game, captured some snaps of the ensuing chaos!
