Job Vacancy: Leading energy supplier needs Donegal sales rep

Go Power is a leading Energy Provider supplying Electricity to all Commercial and Industrial Customers throughout the island of Ireland. Go Power is a fully licensed company which began operations in April 2012 and is part of the LCC Group. The company prides itself on delivering the highest standard of customer service.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for obtaining new business and delivering on agreed sales volumes set for your geographical area. You will work with the Go Power team to further establish the Company in the ROI market for the supply of electricity to Commercial users.

Job Objectives:

Achieve agreed Business plan for your area

Develop a database of all potential industrial and commercial customers within your area

Gather market information within your designated area

Develop a presence as the dedicated account manager for Go Power in your area

Implement the most cost effective methods of approaching new customers including ; customer face-to-face meetings, communicating by phone and by e-mail

Deliver on the sales volumes agreed for the annual business plan for year 2016/ 2017 and beyond

Deliver Excellent Customer Service

Ensure prospective and existing customers receive a professional and transparent sales experience from contact with Go Power

Resolve customer enquiries efficiently and effectively in a professional manner. Where unable to, draw on the assistance of the Go Power team’s knowledge and expertise

Continually review customer feedback with colleagues and superiors to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty

Administration

Ensure customer information is correctly obtained and safely stored within the company CRM system
Complete all company sales reports on a weekly and monthly basis
Complete all sales transactions, contracts and associated paperwork as agreed with customer and in conjuction with Go Power Terms and Conditions
Monitor customer accounts to ensure compliance with agreed contract supply terms ie. Price and Payment Terms

HSA

Commit to always working in a safe manner, adhearing to all applicable Health & Safety regulations, policies and procedures of Go Power.

General

Undertake any duties assigned by your supervisor/ manager which are consistent with the job holders expertise and skills.

Education – Graduate Level

Salary + Benefits

• Attractive starting salary (Depending on experience higher salary range may be offered)
• Salary reviews will also be undertaken after probationary period (six months probationary period will apply)
• Employees can make full use of company vehicles during the work day for meetings with clients and sales calls
• Full Training in the Job Role will be provided to ensure full understanding of the role and the regulated market Go Power operate within

Successful candidates must have:

• Full Clean Driving License
• Ability to work on their own initiative
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Ability to develop strong business partnerships
• The willingness to contribute and support team efforts in achieveing results
• Positive ‘can do’ attitude with high levels of enthusiasm, commitment and motivation
• The desire to exceed goals and objectives set out by Go Power
