Delight as Sonas students graduate from NUIG

Five students who attended the Sonas youth club for people with autism had a major milestone last week as they graduated with flying colours in Galway.

Dylan Clarke, Conor Deeney, Sorcha McLaughlin, Sinead Barber and Olivia Farren graduated on October 15th at NUI Galway after completing their leadership for life modules.

A spokesperson for Sonas says; “Sonas Youth Club and iCARE are so proud of Conor, Dylan, Olivia, Sinead and Sorcha who all graduated today from NUI Galway with foundation certificates in Foroige’s Youth Leadership & Community Action. Well done to them all, what an achievement, the work that the 5 young people demonstrated was phenomenal. We are all delighted… hard work pays off!”
