A Letterkenny convenience store requires a deli-manager.

The candidate for this job should have a true passion for the food industry and experience in working in a fast paced environment.

KEY DUTIES

  • Provide an exceptional standard of customer care
  • Ensure full compliance with all food hygiene policies , HACCP and Health & Safety requirements
  • Maximise sales and margin while minimising waste
  • Provide deli training when appropriate
  • Manage staff and drive deli promotions

The idea candidate will possess some of the following key attributes:

  • Flexible with proven ability in managing all aspects of a Deli
  • Excellent knowledge of HACCP with relevant qualifications
  • Ability to anticipate and react to market changes and customer needs
  • Self motivated and committed to continually improving standards
  • Excellent numerical ability and attention to detail with a proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Required experience 2 years catering and management
