Chandpur Indian restaurant in Donegal Town are celebrating this week after picking up a prize for Best Chef in the Irish Curry Awards.
In the first ever edition of the awards, held yesterday in Belfast, Chandpur took the top prize in the Best Chef category for Ulster.
Owners Rana and Susan Miah were over the moon to have won in their category. They were also shortlisted for the award of Best Indian Restaurant in Ulster.
Chandpur were among some of the most prestigious restaurants in the north and south of Ireland to be shortlisted for awards, as only the hottest curry houses received recognition for their contributions to the Irish food scene.
The restaurant has many other awards to their name for their outstanding dishes and customer service. And with this latest win, they have even more good news to spice up their spirits!
