Big boost for first-time buyers in Rann Mor Meadow, Letterkenny

The recent budget has given a huge boost to first-time buyers of new homes in Letterkenny’s most energy efficient houses.

It has just been announced that prospective first-time buyers are entitled to up to €10,300 of a tax rebate towards their deposit to purchase one of these already very sought-after homes.

A spokesperson for GDC has confirmed that with all the properties built to date being sold, enquiries and bookings for the 4th and final phase have been very strong. “A good few bookings have already been taken for our final phase which will see the first occupants due to move in in Spring 2017.”

“Certainly the news for first-time buyers in the recent budget has been a great boost for anyone buying a new home. The rebate available really is a huge amount of money and goes a long way towards someone’s deposit.”

“We see it as the icing on the cake in what were already extremely sought-after homes due to the A energy efficiency, quality, location and value for money, etc.”

Don’t be left behind

Bookings are now being taken for the fourth and final phase of the development in Rann Mor Meadow, which is due for completion in spring/summer next year.

If a new home is on your shopping list this year, get in touch now to secure your place.

All the previous phases were snapped up by eager buyers, so book early to avoid disappointment.

A reputation for quality

Several specifications have contributed to the success of these homes, with the A energy rating just one of the reasons they have been a success.

High-quality homes in an ideal location will always be a huge draw for the prospective home buyer, while the developers have added that attention to detail that makes your home something special.

The new A-rated energy efficient homes are a huge talking point and a big draw for anyone looking to purchase in a quality development. For any buyer, the prospect of saving big money on your energy bills is very attractive.

The energy efficiency of these homes means that your costs will be at an all-time low, with heating bills as little as €1 a day in these modern properties. This feature could save thousands in the long run as you settle into your home and leave you with more cash in your back pocket.

The beautiful grounds and only a short five minute walk from Letterkenny are just an added bonus for anyone interested in these properties. It’s no wonder that homes are already booked in Phase 4 of the development.

Whatever your reason for buying, this is a great time to buy a first house which is sure to see a return as a quality investment in years to come.

It speaks for itself that the main marketing pitch behind these developments is “talk to someone who has bought and lives here”.

This is a great show of pride and confidence by the team at GDC (Irl) Ltd who have earned a reputation for quality that is truly unrivalled.

“All of the houses built to date are sold and we are now releasing houses from the final phase of the development which are due to be completed for spring/summer next year,” said a representative.

For those who are about to purchase a new home, the question on everyone’s lips is whether a development ticks all the boxes – from location to quality to value for money.

The answer to that question in the case of Rann Mor Meadow is a resounding ‘yes’.

“People recognise value for money and realise that buying a property at this time is a seriously good investment, and has just got better.”
