Catriona Jennings places highly in Dublin Marathon

Over 19,500 people took part in this today’s Dublin Marathon, with many clad in fancy dress in the spirit of Halloween.

Catriona Jennings has done Donegal proud once again after placing very highly in the marathon, and coming second in a national category!

In the Women’s National Championship category, Letterkenny native Catriona came second, just behind Laura Graham and before Pauline Curley.

Catriona is also on the SSE Airtricity Dublin Marathon’s Elite Athlete List.

A highly esteemed long distance runner, Catriona represented Ireland in the 2012 London Olympics. This year, her sister Sinead represented Ireland in the Rio Olympics for rowing.
