Lifford native Ryan Cullen is hosting his first ever solo show in Ireland. He will be performing his show ‘Safe Word’ live in Whelan’s in Dublin on the 17th of November.
Ryan’s show, which sold out in Edinburgh during the Fringe Festival, is known for his subtle blend of dark and intelligent one-liners.
Ryan, who has been compared to comedy legend Jimmy Carr, has performed at prestigious clubs such as Empire Comedy Club, The International Comedy Club, The Laughter Lounge, The Stand (Edinburgh, Glasgow, Newcastle), and has won several national comedy competitions.
He also works as a writer for RTE’s ‘Republic of Telly’ and ‘Callan’s Kicks’, as well as working on the FACTS youtube channel which currently has almost 700,000 subscribers and 200 million views since its inception in summer 2014.
