JOB VACANCY: One of the North-West’s leading agricultural manufacturers is seeking to recruit a Shift Feed Mill Panel Operator to join their dynamic, innovative and hardworking team.
Smyths Daleside Feeds based in Ballindrait, Lifford, Co. Donegal manufacture animal feeds for the domestic market. Smiths was established in 1865 and is a subsidiary of Donegal Investment Group.
Job Title: Shift Feed Mill Panel Operator
Description: Production Operator role operating computerised feed batching equipment to manufacture livestock feeds, carry out sampling and quality assurance, recording and documenting ingredients and maintaining and cleaning equipment.
Hours: Shift role hours of work rotating 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Seasonal role September to April-May depending on demand.
