Goalkeeper coaching course
Coaching The Goalkeepers, Monday 14th November at 7.30pm in Glenswilly GAC Co.Donegal

This is an indoor observation session for all Coaches interested in the working with Goalkeepers in their club. There will be a number of drills and activities including positioning, shot stopping, kicking, ball handling etc.. shown using video clips on the night that can be used in your sessions when coaching goalkeepers in varies aspects of their game. Underage Core Training
Starting this Friday night at 8pm there will be core training every Friday for boys and girls from U13 up to U16 in the clubhouse. This is €3 a night and bring along a yoga mat.
